This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on myhypha.com, including one-time purchases and subscription (recurring) orders.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or payment authorization.
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet entered processing, or within 14 hours from payment confirmation.
For subscription orders, the same 14-hour cancellation window applies from the moment payment is captured for the applicable billing cycle.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, and product availability.
If no specific delivery timeframe is shown at checkout, standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is provided:

Orders returned due to address issues may not be eligible for a refund
Address changes are only possible before the order enters processing.
Order Tracking & Communication
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your purchase, including shipping updates, delivery notifications, and service-related messages via email and, where applicable, SMS.
Failure to Accept Delivery
Failure to accept delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a shipment from the carrier or pickup location is considered a violation of this agreement.
In such cases:

The order will not be refunded

Shipping costs and any associated fees will not be reimbursed

Returned shipments may be disposed of at our discretion
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Hypha is not responsible for:

Shipments marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Theft or loss after confirmed delivery

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or local regulations
Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate any delivery investigation. We may assist where reasonably possible but do not guarantee resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected destinations.
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and local regulations, which can result in delays. Hypha is not responsible for delays, fees, or restrictions imposed by customs or local authorities.
Subscription & Recurring Deliveries
Certain products may be offered as subscription (recurring) purchases.
Subscription Frequency
Subscription delivery intervals are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase, included in the order confirmation email sent after purchase, and can also be reviewed at any time in the customer dashboard (account panel).
If a product is identified as a subscription but no delivery interval is specified, shipments will occur every 30 days by default.
Shipping Terms for Subscription Orders
Shipping conditions for subscription orders are displayed at checkout.
If no separate subscription shipping terms are shown, recurring shipments will be sent under the same shipping conditions as the initial order.
Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
Subscriptions may be managed, paused, or cancelled through the customer account.
Access to your account is available:

On the Hypha website, or

Via this link, using the email address used to place the original order.
Changes to a subscription must be made before the next billing and processing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Once a subscription order has entered processing or has been dispatched for a given cycle, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for that cycle.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Hypha reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or subscription at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

Inaccurate or incomplete customer information

Abuse of refund, delivery, or subscription policies

Violation of applicable laws or these terms
Where applicable, payments may be refunded at our discretion.
Force Majeure
Hypha shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to fulfill orders resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or system outages.
