Returns & Cancellation

This Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on myhypha.com, including both one-time and subscription (recurring/auto-ship) orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Right to Return — One-Time (Non-Subscription) Purchases
If you are not satisfied with products you purchased, you may return them for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

You must contact us for a return authorization before returning any items.
To initiate a return, contact support at support@myhypha.com. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address, if the return is approved.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs (One-Time Purchases)
All shipping costs related to returns, refunds, or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Transit-related damage or carrier-related issues do not qualify as defective products.
For defective products, return the item with authorization and we will cover return shipping.
Hypha is not responsible for any items lost or damaged while being returned. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance for returned items. The risk of loss during return shipping remains with the customer.
3. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet return conditions:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
4. Exceptions & Diminished Value
If returned products show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect functionality, we may:

accept the return, and
-
deduct diminished value from the refund amount.
5. Subscription Orders — Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation Window for Subscription Orders:
Subscription orders may be cancelled from your account dashboard using the email used to place the order, or by contacting support, as long as the cancellation is made before the next billing/shipment triggers. Details are visible in the user dashboard.
Once a subscription shipment:

has entered processing, or
-
has been dispatched,
it cannot be cancelled for that cycle and no refund will be issued for that shipment.
6. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are not covered by the standard (e.g., 30-day or 90-day) money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.
Refunds for subscription orders are only provided if:

the item is unopened, and
-
you return it at your expense after authorization.
Shipping costs and previous shipments are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Right (Before Shipping)
You may cancel a regular (non-subscription) order or a subscription shipment before it has been processed.
If cancelling after processing begins:

You may not be eligible for a refund.

A Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 hours from payment confirmation and before the order enters processing.
8. Refusal of Delivery — Non-Acceptance
Refusing a delivery at the time of shipment is considered a violation of this policy.
If you refuse a shipment without authorization:

You will not receive a refund,

Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed,

The returned item may be disposed of at our discretion.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
All products are inspected and leave our facility in proper condition.
Hypha is not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party logistics providers (3PL), shipping carriers, or postal services, including but not limited to broken packaging, leaks, dents, or other transport-related damage.
Product defects are limited to manufacturing or quality issues present before shipment.
If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us promptly with clear photos and your order details. We reserve the right to assess the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies as a defect.
Damage caused by shipping or handling during transit does not qualify as a defective product and is not eligible for refunds or replacements.
10. Return Instructions & Authorization
To return any item:

Email support with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide exact return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
11. Multiple Returns & Limits
To avoid abuse of the return process:

You may be limited in the number of money-back guarantee refunds for the same product.

This protects legitimate buyers and ensures fairness.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
